• Neuromas- Neuromas are enlarged growths that occur most commonly between the third and fourth toes. It’s caused by tissue rubbing against the nerves and causing irritation. Usually, wearing properly fitted shoes and using shoe inserts can help alleviate the pain, but in certain situations, surgery may be required.
